The SS strikes with Covid, PART I
Saturday February 10th, 2024, 0300
lieutenant colonel William Jacobson
nestled inside a F/A-18 A-D Hornet,
is going 1200 mph at treetop level
winding twisting turning (at times upside down)
as if evading enemy fire
when suddenly the LT. feels a violent jolt,
like incredible air turbulence.
Withing seconds he's floating thru the night sky
aimlessly, helplessly, in his ACES VI parachute.
Before he could gather his thots,
incredible violence erupts.
Bill is is the target of enemy fire,
from all sides
(howitzers, AK 47's, Ajax surface to air missiles)
(shells exploding all around).
Bill could actually see the bullets whiz by.
One bullet came rite at im,
and he simply moved his head.
Suddenly an AIM-9 Sidewinder, popped up,
coming right at him,
and Bill was able to duck
